Hi there! I am Cara. I am a self taught artist, Creative Life Coach, and Certified Pilates Instructor. My passion is working with women to cultivate balance, strength and creativity in their lives. Through movement, art, and mindful practices, I create spaces where women can gather, reconnect, and support one-another on their journeys toward well-being and self-expression. Whether through workshops, community events, or explorative retreats, my work is rooted in the belief that we thrive when we come together!
